By accessing or using LiftCV (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
LiftCV is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that provides:
3.1. You must create an account to use most features of the Service.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3.4. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4.1. You retain ownership of all resume content you upload to the Service.
4.2. By uploading content, you grant LiftCV a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
4.3. You represent that you have the right to upload and share the content you submit.
4.4. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated improvements to your resume. The improved content belongs to you.
5.1. Resume improvements are generated by AI and are provided as suggestions.
5.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
5.3. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated suggestions before using them.
5.4. AI-generated content should not be considered professional career advice.
6.1. The free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page.
6.2. Paid plans are processed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).
6.3. All payments are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the Service fails to deliver the promised features.
6.4. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.
You agree not to:
8.1. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8.2. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.
8.3. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8.4. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.1. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
9.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9.3. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
