Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

LiftCV is a digital service platform that provides AI-powered resume analysis and optimization. Since our services are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is designed accordingly.

2. Pro Plan (₹99/Resume)

The Pro plan is a one-time, per-resume purchase. Once the AI has processed and improved your resume, the service is considered fully delivered. Refunds are generally not available for completed services.

However, we may issue a refund if:

• The service failed to deliver any output due to a technical error on our end
• You were charged multiple times for the same service due to a payment processing error
• You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and the service has not been used

3. Premium Plan (₹499/Month)

The Premium plan is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

• No partial refunds for unused portions of the monthly subscription
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Refund requests within 48 hours of first subscription with no usage may be considered

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@liftcv.app with the following details:

• Your registered email address
• Transaction/Order ID
• Reason for the refund request
• Date of purchase

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Services already fully delivered (AI resume improvement completed)
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (we continuously improve our AI)
• Failure to use the service within the subscription period
• Violation of our Terms of Service
